Order processing and fulfillment
According to the specific situation of the order, the processing and fulfillment period is usually 1-3 working days. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the package. Please note that Hailanda will take photos of all orders during the packaging process to provide product certification.
Shipping time
Please note that the transportation schedule is estimated. Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, Hailanda cannot control or be responsible for the delivery of your order. Please note that transportation estimates do not include order processing time.
Tariffs and taxes
Hailanda is only responsible for delivering the product to you. Any applicable import fees, tariffs, or taxes must be borne by the customer. Please note that different countries have their own regulations, and some shipping companies may charge additional fees upon delivery. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Refusing to pay these fees may result in your order being abandoned. Hailanda is not responsible for such expenses and will not be held responsible for abandoned orders. The customer is fully responsible for paying any additional fees.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any tariffs or taxes levied in your country/region. DHL (or your local courier) may contact you directly before delivery to arrange payment.
Refusal of delivery/non payment
If you refuse to pay customs fees or local taxes and your package is returned to us:
Any shipping and return fees will be deducted from your order.
Refunds will not be issued for packages returned due to unpaid customs duties/taxes.
If your package is abandoned or destroyed by customs due to non payment, no refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend that you check your country/region's import policies before placing an order.
Return unclaimed orders
If your order is returned to us due to non pickup or non payment, please note that the package may take up to 3 months to be returned. In this case, no refund or additional shipment will be provided.
All orders come from our warehouse in China.
International orders:
Standard express delivery: 10-30 working days
Urgent delivery: 5-10 working days
DHL delivery: 2-4 working days
The shipping cost varies by location and will be displayed at checkout. These delivery times are just estimates. We are not responsible for customs delays or package delays at customs.
Note: During periods of high demand, transportation times may be longer, so these transportation times are only for reference.
Please ensure that your shipping details have been entered correctly. Due to incorrect shipping information, Hailanda is not responsible for packages that have already been shipped.
